I'm a problem-solver at heart who thrives on turning technical challenges into seamless solutions. Technology isn't just my profession—it's my passion. Currently, I provide specialized IT support to a real estate firm serving the Palos Verdes Peninsula, South Bay, and West Los Angeles, where I help agents and teams work smarter, not harder.

My journey began in El Salvador, and in 1989, I made Los Angeles my home. After years of working in the mother-baby department at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, I discovered my true calling in technology. In 2005, I earned my Associate degree in Computer Science and Networking from ITT Technical Institute, marking the start of a career dedicated to solving problems and empowering others through technology.

I believe in continuous growth—always learning, always evolving, and always finding new ways to deliver value to those I serve.
